What is CX WealthDirect?

  • CX WealthDirect is a hybrid-robo advisor platform. This means the entire advisor client relationship is handled online. Portfolio creation, account opening, annual review and ongoing meetings and maintenance are all done digitally.

How do I transfer my IRA to CX WealthDirect?

  • We have developed an automated process to transfer your IRA assets. You can start the process by going to our homepage and clicking the “Free Portfolio Risk Analysis” button and walk through the steps.

What is DocuSign?

  • DocuSign is a software service we utilize to make filling out paperwork easier. By executing an e-signature you will not need to make a special trip into the office to complete your paperwork.

How Secure is my connection?

  • Our highest priority is keeping your financial data safe and secure. We use multiple layers of security, in every component of our systems, to keep your accounts and your money safe, and your information private.

What if I forget my password?

  • If you forget your password you can recover it by selecting “Forgot your password?” on the sign in screen. If you do not remember your username you will need to email and a member of our support team will refresh your account in 24 to 48 hours.

What are your fees?

  • We have a simplified our fee schedule.
    Technology only (DIY with personal financial portal) is free
    Wealth Management Fee is $50 per month billed quarterly.
    - Wealth Management fee is waived on all accounts greater than $25000.
    Fee based on a percentage of assets managed:
    - Minimum Household AUM $5000: Fee: .85%

What types of investments will I own in my account?

  • We use TD Ameritrade as custodian for all of our direct solution services. TD Ameritrade provides investing and trading services for seven million client accounts that total more than $750 billion in assets, and custodial services for more than 5,700 independent registered investment advisors. With clients placing, on average, approximately 450,000 trades each day, it maintains the leadership position it assumed when founder Joe Ricketts opened his doors in Omaha, NE, in 1975.

How quickly can I get access to my money if I need it?

  • We only purchase highly liquid securities. What this means for you is that your cash can be available to you within a normal 1 to 3-day settlement period.

Where can I see my money?

  • You can see your money in two places. First place being is through the investor login button powered by Riskalyze/AutoPilot where you can see your balance and check your performance. The other place to see your account is in the Personal Financial Tool which is a button on the top of our website and is your link to financial planning with us and a powerful tool for you to use.
